WHAT TYPES OF ISSUES DOES BCPS TECH SUPPORT HANDLE?
> Chromebook login issues > Chromebook will not bootup (turn on)
> Classlink login issues > Chromebook's battery will not take a charge
> Google login issues > Chromebook's camera is not working
> Google eMail accounts > Chromebook's microphone is not working
> Wifi connection issues > Chromebook's mouse stops working

DO YOU HAVE A SIGNED BCPS STUDENT LEARNING LOAN FORM ON FILE?
If you haven't already, take a moment to download, print, and sign a BCPS Student Learning Loan Form. Students who receive a device must have a signed and dated loan form on file to take their devices off-campus. If it is discovered the student DOES NOT have a current form on file, the device will be retrieved from the student until the form is returned to the media specialist. The completed form may be printed, signed, dated, and sent back to the BCHS media specialist in several different ways.
