Creating Banners, Flyers & Posters
The Media Center is able to assist teachers and students in creating a wide variety of media presentations. At the beginning of every school year your media specialist offers a workshop on how to design banners, flyers & posters that may also be used on our social media apps and broadcasts. After taking the workshop it will be easy to design attractive and eye-catching displays for any purpose.
Several templates found below may be found below and used to start your project and save a little time. Once complete, email the item to the BCHS Announcement Group which consists of the Front Office Manager (Pearce - intercom announcements), Energy Instructor/TSA Advisor (Mr. Flowers - BearWatch News), the Parent Coordinator (McAffee - FB & community “all call” phone announcements), the BCHS Media Specialist (Barajas -Twitter, TVs, posters & flyers), the Assistant Principal of Community Affairs (Powell), and the Public Information Officer (Amy Nunnally, local news media & newspaper). By submitting your announcement in this manner, it will gain full exposure through social media venues.
Teacher and student created items may be printed on multiple materials in almost any size needed. Presentations can also be used for printing things like posters and flyers.
