Mrs. Tara Gilpin

I am glad to be returning to Burke County High School to begin my 29th year as an educator. I have taught in both private and public schools in three different states and two foreign countries! This year, I am teaching US History, and I am thrilled to be included as one of the teachers of our brand-new African-American studies class. I know that it will be such a great experience for us all!

Make sure that you check these pages frequently for uploads, documents, and reminders to help you succeed in your classes this year. Also, MAKE SURE that you activate your PARENT SQUARE account - the new information tool that we will use this year, which will help us to keep in contact.
