The Pride of Burke County
The Pride of Burke County is one of  Burke County High School's largest student organization, consisting of over 100 students involved in many different ensembles that practice and perform throughout the entire year. In many ways, the band is the face of the school in the community, giving performances at public concerts, parades, sporting events, Board of Education functions, local business openings or special activities, and other community events.
 
The PRIDE of Burke County is currently under the direction of Mr. D'Wayne DuBose(Head Director), Mr. Devon Hill(Assistant Director), and assisted by Mr. Sam Speering(BCMS), Ms. Regina Thomas(BCMS), Mrs. LaTashia Parrish(Auxiliary), Mr. Reginald Carswell(Logistics Coordinator),  Mr. Jermal Harris(Percussion Instructor).
