I want to take me to get to be tomorrow so we Livin Life like sun is so we proud and you never get old talk to you Aaron you're off to school Camfrog you look pretty good down here but you ain't really good picture taking AP art class in history this year I was able to take the 3D course after completing the drawing in 2D portfolios in my previous years for this portfolio I decided to explore or rather open-ended topic I decided I would base my art on the concept of hard work I got the idea from was Rising that I read along time ago the quote Breeze this is hard work and you can't feel your way around this he's got to feel your way through it the questions I used to guide my investigation this year range from what exactly sets us apart as individuals what defines what exactly has helped shape me into the person I am today as I search for the answers to these questions I chose to analyze the roles that love loss and self-awareness played in my changing identity ounces of Louis Roland life I chose to focus on the relationships and connections are made with those around me the more negative relationships I found them why doesn't the coffee naturally have it sometimes I thought his own order to strengthen these connections it would require me to give up my personal boundaries regarding personal space physical affection what is this based on physical appearance in a sense of Adidas forget in relation to the Aldi's relationships of self-worth but also believed I had to become an order to feel comfortable in the life I was given this piece features mean drawings and Thomas Lee crepe paper heart surrounded by small of Hearts cover what specific names to convey a sense of heart strings to show the emotional ties after these people and their influences in my life well I analyze the role of self-awareness and finding my virginity I use my past experiences and responses to develop the concept of focus contrasting emotional states to fully convey my sense of self-awareness and my limitations based on my mental state and emotional strength I found a sense of self-awareness how many over the years designing myself on my own terms want me to drive into a person that exceeds and reaching the only expectations that matter set forth by myself The Last of Us difficulty about relationships that I've lost that I felt free emotionally and mentally focusing on these relationships and trying to focus on what exactly happened to figure out how to change me break into right responses at my actions also lots of letting go of things that hurt me a potential it was reading some of these relationship to display behind the Body Casting I created I used to relate a literal illustration of the pain I felt especially focusing on the later decided to fill some of these hoes I created after thinking about the use of flowers over grave sites in mourning the loss of loved ones I just threw the ending of each one of these relationships acceptance the things I cannot change peace windows I cannot change and finally ownership of the things I needed to change Within Myself this is the hardest and most emotional piece I've got it in my four years of art classes with mr. my concentration is a lost relationship causing loss of self-identity the first piece I would like to introduce is not as the Box piece important as the base layer inside a small wooden container the piece represents the luggage carried in a struggling relationship the more layers are boys called by transparent and translucent objects represents the distorted view of relationship from Pierce the single contour line string and ink print is rendered in order to resemble mask but the translucent paper Blurred Lines the next piece I would like to introduce self-portrait I practice balancing rendered and unrendered Mark making the balance of color and lime Workforce the question into the mind is light entering or leaving when dealing with the loss relationship both light and darkness is present which is what I strive to represent the last piece presented is a distorted self portrait causing layered caused by layering the bass player in a single contour line made of string the middle 11th grade my concentration is based around songs and their lyrics I tried the songs and lyrics back to specific moments in time but I was in the music the people or emotions that have songs bring up the first decent going to be talking about show the relationship you can have with other people were friends through music therefore I took a band I listen to with two of my best friend Palmetto campus and tie it back it's in our brains that store memories I like making my art layered intouchable because I think it makes the are more relatable and meaningful to the viewers so there are three different layers this piece of me pulled out I'm an outside cover which is poster of the cover of any type of my record in the songs I share with others the inside layer is a protector of the actual record and I included drawings of my friends along with the drawings of the actual hippocampus albums modeling for the actual record I wanted to show you how lyrics of a song can almost get stuck in her head or hold a special place so I can pair the ridges in our brains with a hippocampus is that The Ridges of the record that store song my next decided is one hard to do but probably one of my favorite pieces that I did this full body image of myself on a stage symbolizes how I try to perform for an audience or others in general instead of performing for me the PC off attachable for the nearest because you can go back into the skirt I'm wearing to show images of knee distress as well as lyrics to songs that put me in a sad mood however I covered all the all of the distress and salad using the fabric and use the representation of mic drop show me how I finally say my own song and how I'm done performing for others this piece is it supposed to represent me finally finding my own song or happiness and flared to the song called Happiness in the background it also represents me staring to starting to do that take me to good instead of doing what others think I should do I know I
