Hello, My name is Mark Flowers. I am the Energy and Power, Audio/Video Instructor at Burke County High School! I look forward to an exciting year of showing my students how the World of Energy affects their lives and how it can become a rewarding career. I have had the privilege of being named the STAR Teacher at both Burke County (2010-Jackson Kicklighter) and Lincoln County (2007-Chris Reid). It gives me great pleasure to see the young adults that I have taught go on to do great things. Some even come back and teach. That gives me great joy!

This is my 27th year in education and my 17th at Burke County High. I am married to my lovely wife Lisa, and I have 3 Graduates of BCHS (Mally 2018, Murray 2021, and Marshall 2023). We love living in Waynesboro and attend Rosemont Baptist Church. Burke County is a great place to be!
